Q: Will you "ballpark" a quote over the phone or email?
A: Yes- but only written estimates or bids will be honored.

Q: Why are you the cheapest / most expensive?
A: We bid very competitively and encourage you to shop the competition. Be sure to get everything in writing and understand exactly what services you will be getting. All contractors bids are not created equally. We also use high quality materials, not just the bare minimum to "get by".

Q: Do you have weekend hours?
A: Yes. We have Saturday appointments available (plus 24/7 service for emergencies).

Q: Can I really call any time 24/7?
A: Yes. Our automated phone system will notify us immediately in the case of an emergency.
